Cooki T is a mix of cookie and my daughter’s name, Tala. She plays a big role in the business and has been my partner through it all, so the name represents our family and sweet journey together.

What started with a red KitchenAid mixer and family baking sessions quickly turned into one of the sweetest pop-up experiences around Kansas City, MO. Cooki T specializes in gourmet stuffed cookies packed with rich fillings, creative flavors, and soft centers that keep customers lining up for another box. Since launching in 2025, this growing dessert pop-up has built a loyal following through sellout events, eye-catching cookie creations, and a homemade approach that still shines through every batch.

Cooki T’s menu blends classic comfort with playful flavor combinations. Fan favorites include the Strawberry Blond Cookie, Red Velvet Cookie, and Biscoff Cookie, alongside crowd-pleasers like the Dubai Cookie, S’mores Cookie, and the always reliable Classic Chip Cookie. Each cookie is oversized, freshly baked, and filled with decadent centers that make every bite feel rich and satisfying without losing that soft, bakery-style texture.

Now operating from an FDA-approved commercial facility, Cooki T brings its custom Cookie Cart to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and Kansas City pop-ups throughout the year. The team also wholesales to local spots like Turath Cafe and World Fresh Market, continuing to grow while keeping the same personal touch that started it all in a family kitchen.
