COOL!NARIA sports a menu of Mexican-inspired cuisine that wanders well beyond the usual offerings of tacos and burritos. Chef Alberto Avramow Pitman, raised in Mexico City, learned to cook against the backdrop of his hometown's culinary diversity. This encouraged his curiosity as a cook. Inspired by the cultural heritage and traditions of Mexico, he's hand-crafted a plethora of innovative dishes. This truck's a must for avid eaters across San Francisco, CA.

Start off with a cactus salad complete with mozzarella emulsion and basil dust. Move on to the main course. Sample anything from ahi tuna and swordfish ceviche and fresh truffle served over pasta to fried smelt served with artichoke guacamole.
