Inspired by a brother's trip to Austin, this pitmaster's passion for BBQ was ignited, and soon, his inspiration would lead him to open his very own food truck back home. From the looks of it, he's succeeded and then some. At Cordwood BBQ, each and every meat is cooked over oak wood harvested locally, with premium cuts that only add to that fresh flavor. With a custom built smoker on board, this pitmaster is dedicated to the form, cooking low and slow to ensure that smoky aroma and taste. From classics like tender brisket, pulled pork, ribs and smoked chicken to unique offerings of the hot link sausage and smoked fish variety, there's a lot here to sink your teeth into.
