Corleone's Cheesesteaks

Corleone’s Cheesesteaks brings a slice of Philly to Surprise, AZ, with a food truck that’s all heart, heat, and heaps of flavor. This crew knows exactly what makes a real cheesesteak tick—authentic ingredients, a serious commitment to the craft, and no shortcuts. Whether it's steak or chicken, every sub is loaded up with that classic East Coast attitude, from Whiz Wit to hoagie-style heroes stacked with lettuce, tomato, and onion.

The menu delivers heavy hitters like the Pizza Steak with mozzarella and Momma’s red sauce, the Bada Bing BBQ Chicken dripping with house-made barbecue, and the always-craveable Original with Cheese Whiz and grilled onions. Don’t overlook the Meatball Parmesan either—it’s Momma’s recipe, no frills, all flavor.

Beyond the cheesesteaks, Corleone’s brings east coast pizza with a proper chewy crust, and fries that hold their own next to any sub. Whether posted at an event or catering for a sports crowd, this food truck makes every stop feel like game day in South Philly.
