What is your favorite dish on the menu?

My personal favorite has to be a large hot cup of our freshly ground dark roast coffee<3 It is not only the best way to start any morning but the best way to show our guests the real difference that we are delivering in the quality of our coffee. Each drink is a coffee lover's dream. We also do not mask the taste of our coffee with flavors and sweeteners. We compliment it.

What is the story behind your business' name?

Costal Coffee's name comes from our fresh ground 'Costa' Rican coffee beans paired with the coast-al vibe that is experienced when visiting our mobile cafe. We consider ourselves an elevated version of a typical food truck in that way. A mobile cafe that offers not only a quick and convenient order window but an open-air, shaded patio for those who wish to stay and enjoy island music and authentic Costa Rican artwork.
