What is the story behind your business' name?
Cousins Maine Lobster was founded in 2012 by real-life cousins Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac, who grew up in Maine enjoying lobster as part of their family traditions. After moving to Los Angeles, they missed the authentic Maine lobster rolls from home and decided to share that experience with others. The name “Cousins Maine Lobster” honors both their family bond and their Maine roots.
