What is the story behind your business' name?
We serve what we use to eat in Cuba. When you get hungry, walking in Havana's streets. This is what we eat. A name should be simple and clear. "Cuba" needs to be the first because we treasure the most authentic flavours of our home made food. The rest just clarifying what we do.

Cuba Street Food has been bringing the vibrant flavors of Cuban cuisine to the streets of Vancouver since 2023. With a dedication to tradition, they use time-honored recipes and fresh, high-quality ingredients to create the most authentic Cuban flavors in the region. As the only Cuban food vendor in the area, their mission is to introduce the community to the true essence of Cuban cuisine—flavorful, fresh, and naturally delicious, without the need for heavy sauces or overwhelming spices.
Their biggest challenge is also their greatest joy: educating new customers on what makes Cuban food special.
