Daisy & Delois' Cajun Cookery

Daisy & Delois' Cajun Cookery rolled into Springdale in January 2025, bringing scratch-made Cajun and Southern flavors to Northwest Arkansas. Inspired by the two grandmothers who encouraged his love of food, Chef Michael created this food trailer to honor family traditions while serving up comfort dishes with Louisiana soul.

On the menu, po’boys take center stage with golden fried catfish, blackened catfish, and blackened chicken, all stacked on soft New Orleans French bread with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and house-made remoulade sauce. Each bite delivers the rich flavors of Cajun cooking paired with the warmth of a homemade meal.

As one of Springdale’s newest food trailers, Daisy & Delois' Cajun Cookery quickly stands out by serving authentic Louisiana-inspired sandwiches with a personal touch. Locals and visitors alike can count on this spot for Southern comfort served fresh and full of character.
