Our Texas Style Brisket is dry rubbed in our House made seasoning then it is smoked low and slow for a minimum of 12 hours before being carved and served with love to you. It is a True Crowd Favorite

Pulled Pork

Boston Butt, Seasoned with our House Made Seasoning then Smoked Slow and Low for 12 hours. It basically Pulls Itself before being served up to you.

Pulled Chicken

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs that are liberally seasoned with one of our ouse Seasonings before being smoked for five hours in its own juices. It serves up in a similar fashion to our pulled pork only with an Incredible Chicken flavor that is reminiscent of Grandma's Chicken and Dumplings.

Pork Spare Ribs

St Louis style Pork Ribs, dry rubbed in our House made seasoning, then smoked 7 hours for a tender smokey flavor.

Sliced Pork Loin

Pork Loin, Liberally Seasoned with a House Seasoning before being Smoked Slowly in its own juices. It is then sliced and served up tender and juicy for your enjoyment.

On the Bone Chicken

Chicken Breast, Thigh, Legs or Half, Dry Rubbed with one of our House Seasonings then smoked for 4 hours. The result is chicken that is tender, juicy and virtually falling off of the bone.
