Darkside of the Q comes into Eugene, OR serving up BBQ goodness from its smoky origins in Texas. But don't let this Northwest 'Q fool you. This food truck smokes its perfectly seasoned meats for a full 12-16 hours. The result? Succulent pulled pork, brisket and chicken served up in a variety of mouthwatering forms.
