Bacon wrapped stuffed jalapeno poppers
We mix up cooked chorizo and cream cheese and stuff it into a jalapeno, wrap it in thick, juicy bacon and cook it. Alt options- shrimp & pineapple poppers.

Crostini rounds topped with juicy, ripe sliced roma tomatoes, mozzarella cheese & fresh basil with a balsamic drizzle.

Deli sliced roast beef, cheddar cheese and jalapenos stacked on artisan bread, doused with bbq sauce, grilled to perfection.

Maestro's Mad Mac & Cheese & Ribs
We take scratch made 3 cheese macaroni & cheese and scoop it into a fresh made sourdough bread bowl. Then we take 2 meaty BBQ spare ribs, stand 'em up on top, sprinkle crushed bbq chips and shredded cheese on top and melt slightly. Drizzle sweet & spicy sauce down the ribs, caramelizing it with a torch for that extra 'je ne sais quoi' you won't find anywhere else.

Mom's mac salad
Sometimes a simple, traditional side is what you're looking for. Well we have just that; cooked elbow pasta mixed with mayo, diced up hard boiled eggs, celery, olives, dill pickles, some 'secret flavoring' and some salt & pepper and BAM- just like mom used to make it!
Cajun style macaroni salad
We start with al dente rotini pasta, add roasted red peppers, sweet & spicy pickles, pimentos, sliced olives and a bit of mayo and mix it all together. Top it off with some 'secret spices' and voila- your favorite pasta!

Sonoran Sunset
Frozen mango, passionfruit and raspberry sorbets topped with fresh, ripe blueberries, crunchy granola, and an agave drizzle. 16 oz of pure delight!

What is the story behind your business' name?
We were considering a few different names, and my sister actually suggested 'deez bowlz' since our feature item was always going to be the acai bowls. And we've built on that, so it works!
