Hulupchi

Ukrainian cabbage rolls. We use my grandmother's recipe... Bacon, onion, hamburger meat and rice, stuffed into a single cabbage leaf. Layered in a roasting pot with crushed tomatoes and the outer cabbage leaves. Baked for 4 hours and served hot. These were a staple growing up.
