What is the story behind your business' name?

We wanted to base it off our 4 legged friends and couldn’t decide whether to do hot dogs or quesadillas. So we decided to do both and that’s how DillaDawgs was born.

DillaDawgs is flipping the script on food trailers in Montgomery, IL with a quirky menu packed full of creative hot dogs and quesadillas that bring serious flavor to the streets. This isn’t your average setup. Think crab rangoon quesadillas, corn-loaded elote dogs, and mac and cheese smothered creations that hit all the comfort food highs while still throwing in a few classics like the Chicago dog and cheese dilla for good measure.

The real showstoppers are the mashups. The Elote Dawg pairs cotija cheese, mayo, lime, and corn for a sweet and savory kick, while the Bacon Mac & Cheese Dawg doubles down on cheesy goodness. On the quesadilla side, the Elote Dilla adds a spicy twist with chihuahua cheese and jalapeños served alongside tajín sour cream. Every item is stacked with personality, built to be messy, fun, and totally satisfying.
