As a family owned food truck, they're utilizing their own family recipes passed down over generations, featuring Mexican and Salvadoran food on a full bodied menu built to satisfy. Get 'em done up traditional street style, with two corn tortillas cradling steak, chicken, carnitas or ground beef with diced onions and cilantro on top. Or try something new for a change in their Salvadoran pupusas; their specialty includes a thick corn tortilla stuffed with the likes of pork, cheese and beans. But we'd be remiss not to mention their big ol' burritos on a 12" flour tortilla, and their bowls over a bed of aromatic rice.
