Yes, DoMex Fusion is registered for catering and/or vending events on Roaming Hunger. In terms of availability, we don't manage their calendar. The best way to find out if they're available is to fill out your event information and see if they respond.

Is DoMex Fusion available in my city?

DoMex Fusion has a home base in Alvin and surrounding areas. Keep in mind that for catering, they may add a travel fee if it's outside of their normal travel radius.

Traditional Dominican sandwich with a grilled Pattie clock to perfection topped with grilled cabbage and onions, MK sauce and served with fries

Street tacos

5 tacos filled with the meat of your choice (beef, chicken or pastor) topped with cilantro and onions and a side of green salsa

Tripleta

The Tripleta is Puerto Rico’s answer to the Cuban sandwich, but we think it is better because it combines chicken, ham and beef. It comes on a slightly sweet roll similar to a French Baguette, slathered with our house sauce then topped with thin crispy fried potato sticks and a strip of grilled cheese. The three meats are grilled, but each meat has it’s own texture and taste that combines with the condiments to make incredibly flavorful sandwich.
