Founder Tom's journey began in the restaurant industry at Wolfgang Puck's flagship restaurant, Spago, in Beverly Hills, where he worked as a sommelier. His passion for the finest food, wine, and coffee led him on a mission of flavor discovery all around the world. After the COVID-19 pandemic forced a career shift, Tom transformed an old shuttle bus into a state-of-the-art coffee truck, and within a year, Doppio Express was born, brewing the highest quality coffee in the streets of Las Vegas.
