Sure, their wood oven is impressive, but the stuff that comes out of said oven is even moreso. Dough Girls has all the classic toppings you expect, but that doesn’t mean you should ignore their specialty ingredients. Toppings like mashed potatoes, broccoli rabe, and caramelized onions work together to elevate the truck to a level that you can’t quite find with other spots in the area.
