What is the story behind your business' name?

We moved from South Texas to the San Francisco Bay Area after I accepted a tech job, where I worked for over two years. I always appreciated the free food provided at work, though I noticed it lacked true authenticity. After running the numbers and spotting an opportunity, my wife and I decided to lease a food truck for a year to test how well people would respond to our flavors and breakfast concept. Tracy quickly proved to be the perfect location—strategically surrounded by major distribution centers like Costco, Safeway, Kellogg, Taylor Farms, Amazon, and PepsiCo. Our breakfast options became an instant hit, and now we’re in the process of expanding into full-time catering and popup events as we continue to build momentum.
