Caroline Perini and Miley Holmes are putting a gourmet twist on the pub food classic that is the slider. With Easy Slider Truck, the pair blend Caroline’s Texas roots with Miley’s love of Southern cuisine. The result is an epic menu that’ll leave you dazzled these almost bite-sized sandwiches can pack such a multitude of flavor. Caroline and Miley use only certified Angus beef, make their sauces right on the truck, and bake their bread fresh on the daily. These aren’t your average medleys of beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomato either. Instead, each individual slider comes with its own specific flavor profile. You can, for example, enjoy some sweet-and-salty goodness with The Nutty Pig, a patty slathered with peanut butter. Or, if you prefer some mouth-singeing flavor, sink your teeth into The Roadside, smothered in bacon, cheddar, french-fried onions, and jalapeños for a fiery kick.
