Easy Street Burgers

Easy Street Burgers is a Los Angeles, CA food truck that started as a humble 10x10 pop up in an East Hollywood parking lot in February 2020. Built as a passion project focused on crafting its own take on the smashburger, Easy Street quickly earned a loyal following and went on to open a brick and mortar in Studio City in 2022. That same grind and street side energy still fuels the truck, serving up stacked burgers with serious confidence across LA.

The lineup keeps things focused and fearless with the Single, Double, and Triple stacked high with smashed beef patties, American cheese, pickles, grilled onions, and Wild Sauce. Heat seekers lean toward the Jalapeño Monster in Single, Double, or Triple form, layered with Swiss cheese and grilled jalapeños. Plant based fans are covered too with the Single Veggie, Double Veggie, and Triple Veggie built with Beyond Meat and the same signature fixings.

Fries refuse to play backup, with Classic Fries, Cajun Fries, and Wild Fries leading the charge, while Filthy Fries and Jalapeño Monster Filthy Fries pile on cheese, grilled onions, and smashed patties.
