Brandy and John Cook bought the RV that would become Eat A Bite on their 10th anniversary. Brandy, a Texas native, always had a passion for cooking, although she taught as a profession. Once she converted her RV into a food truck, she pursued her dreams of dishing up old-fashioned Texas comfort foods across the Jacksonville, TX area.
