What is the story behind your business' name?
This is actually the third or fourth name that we went through. We started as ' The Food Truck' thinking it was a sort of cool play on words, but no one really 'got it'. Went through a few other options and then worked with a marketing company and came up with Eat At Eric's and it has worked well for us.
