Chef Ben, the founder of EAT Thai, is originally from Thailand and grew up loving her grandmother’s cooking. She got her start in the kitchen helping out her grandma and continued to hone her skills from there. In 2014, she immigrated to Bismarck, ND and decided she wanted to share her culinary heritage with her newfound home. This took the form of her very own food truck, where she now serves up authentic Thai cuisine well worth sampling.
