Chef Ben, the founder of EAT Thai, is originally from Thailand and grew up loving her grandmother’s cooking. She got her start in the kitchen helping out her grandma and continued to hone her skills from there. In 2014, she immigrated to Bismarck, ND and decided she wanted to share her culinary heritage with her newfound home. This took the form of her very own food truck, where she now serves up authentic Thai cuisine well worth sampling.
Chef Ben is all about bold flavors, using Thai spices known to produce a robust, savory taste. The menu sports an impressive array of traditional dishes from Thai pork jerky to sticky rice to satay. If you love curry, it comes in all flavors here. Whether you love the taste of fiery red chili or the slightly sweet flavor of massaman curry, you’ll find it here. There are even tons of cool, refreshing Thai teas to quench your thirst. If you’re an avid fan of all things Thai food, you should swing by EAT Thai the next chance you get. Better yet?
