What is the story behind your business' name?
The name Edboys comes from my name Edmon. I often go by Eddy and its a little play on words with the Show Ed, Edd n, Eddy. Characters of the cartoon were often referred to as Edboys.

A martial artist, yogi, and someone who values healthy practices alongside good food, Edmon brings passion to every service. Every customer who steps up to Edboy's Fried Chicken food truck is greeted not by a staff member but by Edmon himself, cooking and plating each dish. The owner and operator is always present, serving gorgeous food with care. A quick greeting goes a long way, and visitors are always glad they stopped by.
