Curtis Chung worked all over the place before El Chino Loco, from wineries to chains. Prior to getting into the food truck game, he ran a deli out of Whole Foods but quit when the company was acquired by Amazon. Unsure of where to go next, he reconnected with a friend who happened to have an unused food truck at his disposal. You can guess what happened from there.
