El Guaco Loco sticks to the basics but makes them anything but - tacos, burritos and nachos are done classic and done BIG, channeling Mexican roots by way of good ol' Texas hospitality. The result is an authentic, south-of-the-border experience uncommon but most welcome in Philly, like a flood of taste suddenly breaking over a desert.
