El Milagro (The Miracle) – because when it seemed like all hope was lost, something extraordinary happened that reminded us that dreams do come true! Born and raised in Mexico, food has always been the heartbeat of our family—whether it's special events, cozy Sunday dinners, or just everyday meals, food is where the magic happens. Even after leaving our beloved Mexico, not much has changed. Well, except for one thing: our love for food has only grown! As we tried to recreate our favorite dishes without always finding the "authentic" ingredients, our passion for cooking only got stronger. El Milagro is proof that no matter where we are, the heart of our family will always be in the kitchen, cooking up something amazing!
