After more than 20 years of cooking professionally in Columbia, MO, chef and founder Moises Cortes launched El Moe's Global Cuisine to bring his passion for exceptional food directly to the community he calls home. With a master's degree in food science, a background in culinary arts, and years of experience leading kitchens and large-scale dining operations, he has built a food truck and catering business focused on delivering restaurant-quality meals with dependable service.
