Freshly cooked, angus diced steak seasoned with salt and garlic pepper

Adobada

Freshly cooked, diced Marinated chili pork

Carnitas

Freshly braised pork, marinated in coke and orange juice and cooked til braised

Birria (braised beef)

Angus Chuck-roll, cooked in Chile guajillo, bay leaves, cumin, whole pepper, tomatoes and cooked 3-4 hours til braised (little bit on a mild savory side)
