Tacos

It has choice of meat. All meats are fresh! We have pollo (chicken), al pastor (marinated pork & pineapple), asada (steak), chorizo (Mexican sausage), we also have veggie tacos and on occasion shrimp or fish tacos. They come with onions & cilantro or you can get American style ( lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, & sour cream). They come with limes, radishes, and homemade salsas on the side.

Quesadilla

It is a 10in tortilla cut into 4s. It has inside choice of meat or grilled veggies, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, & sour cream.

Burrito

It is a 10in tortilla rolled up. It has inside choice of meat or grilled veggies, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, & sour cream.

Torta

It is a big homemade Mexican sandwich on homemade bread. It has choice of meat or grilled veggies, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, & jalapeños.

Loaded nachos

It comes with homemade chips with a choice of meat or grilled veggies, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, & a big side of salsa.

Taco salad

It comes in a fresh fried to order 10in tortilla bowl, choice of meat, or grilled veggies, rice, beans, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, avocados, with a side of homemade salsa or we have some salad dressings available.

Cheesesteak

Fresh cooked to order! It is an 8in sub that Comes with steak, grilled green peppers, onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, and topped with melted white American cheese.

Chicken philly

Cooked fresh to order! It is an 8in sub that comes with grilled chicken, grilled green peppers, onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, topped with melted white American cheese.

Green chili cheeseburger

Cooked to order burger made with fresh fried green Mexican chilis, a special sauce, 2 different cheeses, lettuce, with a fresh patty, on a sesame seed bun with crinkle fries.

Regular cheeseburger

Cooked to order burger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, onions, with a fresh patty, sesame seed bun and crinkle fries.

Fresh salad

Freshly made up to you how you want it made. Come with choice of meat or grilled veggies, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, carrots if available, avocado, choice of dressing.

Tamales

This are only made for special orders or when we put them as a daily special. There are countless ways to make these. Can be customized by order. To order these must buy minimum of a dozen.

Sopes

We don’t have these everyday but put them on special a lot. They are handmade thick tortillas with ridges around the edges like a pizza with the taste of a taco. With a bean spread, choice of meat or grilled veggies, lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, fresh Mexican cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, with a fresh side of homemade salsa.

Flautas

Another one we don’t have everyday but we use a lot as specials of the day. It is a deep fried rolled up taquito. Made fresh. Can make it different way but typically we put chicken, potato, and cheese inside deep fry it, then top it with a little mayo, then lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, avocados, & fresh Mexican cheese with a side of fresh homemade salsa.

Street corn

It is an ear of corn freshly cooked on a stick rubbed with juice of a fewsh lime with a mayo spread rolled in Mexican cheese and sprinkled with chili powder.

Churros

Homemade recipe!! Fresh handmade dough kneaded, rolled, cut into shape of long stick like figures, freshly fried. Served hot and rolled in a cinnamon sugar. Comes with a choice of dipping sauces chocolate, caramel, or strawberry.
