About Eva's Original Chimneys

Eva’s Original Chimneys is bringing the titular Hungarian pastry to Canada. The Eva behind this truck was born and raised in Budapest before leaving in 1956. Now, her grandson Justin and his wife Kristen are using Eva’s signature dough to bring this sweet treat to sugar-craving residents across Toronto. Chimneys are made by rolling raised dough around a baking dowel and cooking it rotisserie-style so it comes out light and flaky. Justin and Kristen make their chimneys with hand-rolled dough and all-natural ingredients and stuff them with premium vanilla soft serve before finishing 'em off with a mix of house-made toppings. You’ll find everything from peanut butter to mascarpone to crumbled pretzels gracing these masterpieces. That’s not even getting to the best part of all – Eva’s Original Chimneys caters, so have ‘em to your next event.
