What is the story behind your business' name?
As a Chef with 25 years experience i wanted the opportunity to bring a bomb burger concept to the las vegas food market. I love burgers and love street food...so i combined the 2 to bring about Fast Eddie's Burgers...also the business is named after my cousin Ed Calotta who passed away due to Cancer in 2019, for me it is a way to keep his memory and soul alive and keep him in our thoughts on a daily basis
