Slow-roasted pork, ham, swiss cheese and bacon on toasted French bread. Topped with crisp red onion and house roasted jalapeno aioli. Bbq sauce or mayo available on request. Served with chips.

1/4 lb. all beef dog smothered with our signature red chili. Top it with jalapenos and diced onions. Served with chips.

Crabby Mac

Chunks of crab, bacon, green onions and jalapenos mixed in with our gourmet three-cheese blend and macaroni noodles.

Carnitas Quesadilla

Slow-cooked pork carnitas, shredded cheese and red onion inside grilled 10” flour tortilla. Served with house salsa verde and sour cream.
