The Creole and Cajun flavors of Louisiana are on display at Fete au Fete Streatery in New Orleans. Micah Martello’s truck has proven to be a timeless hit on the LSU campus and beyond (with service as far as Baton Rouge).

From the Original Crawfish Poutine to the Cajun Fish and Shrimp Boat, Martello’s food is based in classic Louisiana cooking, but consistently has a bit of a fusion kick. The Hot Chicken Po'Boy is always a killer, and same goes for the cheesy, buttery Crispy Grilled Cheese, but you’d making a dangerous mistake to skip out on some of Fete au Fete’s signature bread pudding for dessert. So why make mistakes? Book Fete au Fete to cater your next event.
