Fire & Company

Fire & Co was birthed by twins with a serious love of hospitality, and it's easy to feel the love when you let them handle your events - any event will do, but weddings are their speciality, with round after round of perfectly cooked food delivered with relaxed perfection. Wood-fired pizzas are the main attraction here, with a mobile wood-burning often churning out some of the best pizza to be found anywhere in Maine, but no dish is immune to their flame - from flanks of delicious meat to miniature chicken and waffle bites (perfect to soak up the late-night.....festiveness that tends to abound in these situations). Of course, even if you're just celebrating solo, Fire & Co's here for you - there's a residency running this summer at Maine Beer Company, so you can taste all the delectables without the hassle of, like, getting hitched. You still could, of course, just for fun, but it's not a requirement. Tasting what comes out of this oven, however, ~is~ mandatory. For your own good.
