Fire In The Hole is a family affair, quite literally. The Gwilliam family dropped everything to pursue their passion, i.e. making the best wood-fired pizza Texas has ever seen. And they're doing it all mobile, including on their newest acquisition, a 1957 Ward LaFrance Fireball fire truck, fitted with a fresh oven to take the art of pizza-making to new heights. Neapolitan pizza's never been done this big, and never been done with such classic Texas hospitality.
