Firehouse Crabballs is the product of Tommy & Charlotte’s shared passion for Chesapeake Bay and providing its delicious cuisine with all sorts of people throughout the country.
After serving as a volunteer firefighter for much of his life, Tommy gained many of his culinary skills in the firehouse kitchen. Over time, he formed a dream to take his favorite recipes to the streets. Charlotte, with her love of travel and adventure, was destined to serve as the perfect partner. Together they made their way from festival to festival, from Philadelphia all the way to Florida, serving up their delicious golden fried crabballs, always with the friendliest of smiles.
Now they’re settled in Tampa and with their newfound experience and expertise, are ready to wow the local crowds with their heavenly homemade offerings. A few of their signature dishes include a Crab Dip Omelette (as part of their all-day breakfast selection), as well as Softshell Crab Sandwiches, Crabballs stuffed with delicious shrimp, and scrumptious Maryland Crab Soup (just to name a few).
