Family-owned and driven by a passion for authentic Caribbean cooking, Fiya Spice Caribbean has been serving bold island flavors since 2017. Founded by husband-and-wife team Everick and Porsche Wilkins, the business began as a food truck with a mission to share the rich culinary traditions of the Caribbean through fresh ingredients, time-honored recipes, and warm hospitality. Today, the team continues that mission through food trailer service, catering, festivals, corporate events, and community gatherings throughout the region.
