Flava Traphouse

The Flava Traphouse brings the rich traditions of Black American soul food to Glendale, AZ, with a creative menu and a mission rooted in culture, community, and connection. Founded by two friends with a shared vision for the Phoenix food scene, this growing mobile food and catering business has expanded to multiple food carts and a food trailer. Guided by its motto, “Feed the Streets,” The Flava Traphouse serves up soulful cooking while building community connections through corporate events, weddings, festivals, and neighborhood gatherings.

The menu puts Southern comfort front and center with golden fried catfish served alongside classic favorites. Guests can choose Catfish & Fries, Catfish & Dirty Rice, or Catfish & Greenz, each featuring crispy seasoned catfish, white bread, and a fresh lemon garnish. For a hearty combination, the Trap Combo brings together two catfish filets, a choice of two sides, and a drink, making it an excellent pick for a satisfying meal.
