About Flavors of Ethiopia

With over 10 years of catering and restaurant experience under her belt, Chef Beti brings the best Flavors of Ethiopia you could ever eat, straight to the streets of the Bay Area.

Using herbs and spices that have been imported directly from Ethiopia, her menu features vibrant and delicious traditional dishes, including Red Lentil (split red lentils simmered in a spicy berbere sauce), Buticha (zesty chickpea and lemon juice dip), Collard Greens, Chicken or Beef Tibs, and more. Every item includes a side salad and your choice of steamed rice or Injera - a tangy and flavorful large sourdough flatbread that you use to pick up pieces of the entree. This porous bread perfectly soaks in all the robust flavors.
