About Flippin' Rice

This family owned food truck is of Filipino descent, but that doesn't mean they don't have other fantastic options on board, too, culling together a myriad of culinary influences on a full bodied menu built to satisfy. At Flippin' Rice, you're being served by the esteemed chef Carlo Gollon, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu who put in a decade's worth of experience into the restaurant industry. But soon, it was obvious that he could do a flippin' good job at serving his own food too. Thus, Flippin' Rice food truck was born. Here, you're getting authentic Filipino cuisine alongside Japanese, Korean and Chinese food to tantalize your tastebuds. Choose fried rice, and you're getting it in a few delicious forms: with crispy adobo pork belly, wok'ed buttered shrimp, and even Chinese style sausage and chicken.
