Chef Jhony and his wife, Eliza, have years of experience in the service industry—which is very evident from the stunning visuals of their pizza pies, let alone the top-notch tastes. They were inspired to open a traditional, homemade, mobile pizza parlor by Chef Jhony's childhood in Puebla, Mexico, where his mom cooked over an open flame every day while creating magnificent dinners for his entire family. Sharing their love of pizza in a wood-cooking oven feels like home, childhood, and connection for them.
