Freshly grilled chicken specially marinated topped with our signature house made green sauce, chopped onions and cilantro served on two fresh hot corn tortillas.

Stuffed Avocado

Perfectly ripened avocado cut in half and stuffed with our signature carne asada, chicken asada, portobello mushroom pastor or shrimp ceviche (+1). Topped with onions, cilantro and our house made green sauce. Add a fried eggs for $2!

2 Fresh Portobello Mushroom Pastor Tacos

Freshly grilled portobello mushrooms that have been marinating in al pastor sauce. Topped with our signature house made green sauce, chopped onions, cilantro and served on two fresh hot corn tortillas. Vegetarian and Vegan friendly.

Fresh Shrimp Ceviche

Shrimp and crab meat marinated in fresh lime juice with onions, cilantro, tomatoes and cucumber. Served in a 12 ounce to-go container or on a crispy tostada.

Fresh Mex Breakfast Taco

Fried cheese and fried egg stuffed with one of our signature proteins, onions, cilantro, fire roasted sauce and of course our popular green sauce all served on two corn tortillas! Only served during our morning menu.

Loaded Nachos

A bed of tortilla chips topped with made from scratch nacho cheese, fresh salsa, green avocado sauce, onions, cilantro finished off with your choice of protein: carne asada, chicken asada or portobello mushroom pastor.

What is the story behind your business' name?

I started my business with just selling agua frescos and shrimp ceviche in my local farmers market. With the overwhelming support from my community I was able to grow my business into a food truck that travels throughout Mckinney and DFW
