When Ben and Lorin Smaha wanted to bring the spirit of New England’s street food to Park City, Utah, it only made sense to do it in the from of lobster rolls. What started as a farmer’s market tent grew quickly as the demand for Freshie’s increased, and before long became a fully operational food truck. Today, Freshie’s has 2 different locations, slinging lobsta’ rolls, sliders, soups, and salads.
Naturally, most things across the Freshie’s menu have lobster incorporated in some way, but they’re also giving you the option of adding lobster to literally anything for a small upcharge. Rolls are the go-to order, and though they start at a measly 2oz serving (ain’t nobody got time for that), you can beef that bad boy up all the way to a 5oz serving, stuffed inside a New England hot dog bun with mayo, hot butter, and Freshie’s house seasoning. Need some more tasty lobster fixins to supplement all that? No prob, Freshie’s can hook you up with delicious treats like lobster mac, lobster bisque, and even a lobster grilled cheese. A life full of lobster is a life well-lived, so go ahead and book Freshie’s for your next event.
Lobster Lettuce Cups — 3oz lobster, Sriracha aioli, guacamole, mango, creamy cilantro sauce, and Bibb lettuce. It’s got lettuce, so that means it’s healthy.
