What is the story behind your business' name?

Fuego Me Up is as heartwarming as it is delicious. The journey began when my daughter took a bite of our signature fries and exclaimed, "These fries are fire! They taste so good!" Her genuine excitement and love for the fries sparked the idea to create a name that embodied that feeling and showcased the bold fusion flavors we offer. After some brainstorming, we landed on "Fuego Me Up." The name blends the Spanish word for fire, "fuego," with the phrase "me up" to convey the electrifying taste experience our food truck delivers. It perfectly captures the enthusiasm and satisfaction our customers feel when they indulge in our delectable dishes, including our renowned fries. Whether it's at a music festival, corporate event, or school fundraiser, Fuego Me Up isn’t just a name; it’s a reflection of the passion and energy behind every dish we create, from our Garlic Noodles to our Taco Trio and beyond.
