Appetizers
Fried Plantains
Our fried plantains use fresh plantains morsels that are cut daily and dated to taste. Our plantains are more sweet than savory and a top seller. Try them, you won’t regret it.
Main
Egusi
Egusi is a tomato-based stew cooked with roasted pumpkin seeds & spinach in palm nut oil. It is eaten with meat or meatless.
Beef Stew
Beef chunks pressure cooked to perfection with our Togolese spices. The tomato base stew uses fresh tomatoes that are reduced using our native cooking techniques.
Beef Suya
Suya is traditional smoked and spiced meat originating from Hausa Land, Northern Nigeria, and is a popular dish across West Africa. The blend of spices makes the taste irresistible.
Oxtail Stew
The art of cooking our oxtail starts in a pressure cooker; this allows our spices to be infused throughout the dish. Our oxtail is then cooked in palm nut stew until it falls off the bone.
Pepper Goat
This goat meat is marinated and pressure cooked to perfection with assorted spices and pepper. It is soft and juicy inside and caramelized outside.
Chicken Suya
Our chicken suya uses chicken breast marinated with our Togolese curry and suya spices and grilled to perfection.
Sides
Fufu
Fufu is closest to mashed potato, although a bit firmer; it is cooked with plantain and yam flour. Fufu or a white rice substitute is included with each meal.
Jollof Rice
Rice cooked in a tomato-based sauce with our west African curry. Vegan and veg friendly! Jollof rice is served as a side of your choice of stew.
Desserts
Beignet
Our Beignets are made with yeast and sweetened dough that are circularly cut and then fried. Each is dusted with powdered sugar for the best taste. Our beignets are light, airy and pillowy pastries.
Drinks
Ginger Tea
Our non-alcoholic ginger tea, popularly known as ginger beer, is made in-house with fresh ginger roots with a touch of pineapple and sweetened with cane sugar. Try it by itself for a kick or mix it with our hibiscus tea for a tamer flavor.
Hibiscus Tea
Our most famous beverage. Our hibiscus tea is made fresh in-house by brewing our own hibiscus leaves imported from TOGO, West Africa. Sweetened to taste with cane sugar.
