They're raising a toddler and a business at the same time—instilling lessons of hustle, heart, and entrepreneurship every step of the way. Their menu is centered around three signature sandwiches that bring big-city flavor with a Midwest attitude: Italian Beef Sandwich – Thin-sliced roast beef, soaked in au jus and stacked on a crusty french roll. It’s juicy, bold, and unapologetically messy in the best way. Meatball Sandwich – Three oversized meatballs smothered in marinara and nestled between two pieces of toasted garlic bread, then topped with melted mozzarella for the perfect bite. Jumbo Italian Sausage Sandwich – A grilled Italian sausage link served on a hearty roll with your choice of grilled onions or giardiniera for a punch of flavor.
