This Lakeland, Florida-based food truck has been throwin' down St. Lucia-inspired eats since 2019 and lives for the luxurious flavors of island life. The owner started this sensational small catering business at home, and it grew so fast that fillin' up a mobile kitchen with all their delicious fixings was the only option. And boy are we glad they did! Bring 'em in to fry up some fresh plantains, boil and sauté some rice and beans, stew some chicken and potatoes, and put some well-seasoned shrimp on the grill.
