Based in Lakeland, FL during the winter months, this family-run pop-up is known for its incredible flavors, friendly service, and ability to keep up with even the busiest event lines. Since 1984, they’ve mastered every dish that comes off their grills and fryers, from Mediterranean classics to all-American fair staples.

Their Greek stand features signature gyros packed with seasoned meat, crisp veggies, and creamy tzatziki, alongside Italian specialties like sausage and peppers, Philly cheesesteaks, and garlic fries. Sweet lovers flock to their dessert trailer for warm zeppoles, fried Oreos, and funnel cakes made to order.
