Founded by Chef Shauna in 2020, this unique concept has grown from a humble tent setup to national fame on *The Great Food Truck Race* on Food Network. Known for its risotto balls and cheeky personality, this trailer is serving up creative bites that are as fun as they are delicious.

The menu is packed with inventive options like the SpinArt risotto balls, featuring garlic parmesan risotto with spinach and artichokes, and the Mac Bites, a mac and cheese-inspired creation paired with a homemade cheese sauce.
